Frequently Asked Questions

Registration:

Tournament registration fees (single player, twosome, foursome) are inclusive of the following:

• Golf tournament registration
• Shared golf cart
• Golfer swag bag
• Tickets for lunch, beverages, and dinner

Golf club rentals:

If you require golf club rentals, please contact the Lionhead Pro Shop to reserve a set: 905-455-4900. The cost of rentals is not included in registration.

11:00 AM	Shotgun Start
04:30 PM	Cocktails/Networking & Raffle
05:30 PM	Dinner and Prizing

Please note, this scheudle is subject to change and the final schedule will be communicated to registrants in advance of the tournament.

Terms and Conditions

Registrant Information:

Sponsors of the tournament are provided with a list of names, companies, titles, and email addresses of registered attendees, and must adhere to Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. 

Photography/Videography

Throughout the tournament, photos and/or videos may be taken, and will only be used by MCAC in the promotion of the tournament or future tournaments.

Cancellation Information:

Written notification to emily@mcac.ca is required for all requests for cancellation. A full refund will be granted if cancelled before June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm EDT. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Tournament registration is transferable. 

Government Regulations / Emergencies

MCAC will monitor official government updates with respect to disasters, government regulations and/or mandates, pandemics, gathering restrictions, or any other emergency beyond MCAC's control. By registering and attending, you agree that attendance of the tournament is entirely at your own risk, and by doing so release the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada from any and all liabilities arising from attending the conference.

Waiver

As a participant of the MCAC Annual National Conference, I hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the MCAC, or their respective members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers, for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at, or participation in the MCAC Annual National Conference and any related activities.
